Well, here we are. Stanley Stella SS25, their spring summer ranges for 2025, has been unveiled. This is something that we anticipate with eagerness every year. And we think that you’re going to be impressed with the 2025 launch. These new items build on what is an already outstanding catalogue of plain clothing that is purpose made for customisation. Stanley Stella are, quite rightly, regarded as a premium brand when it comes to high quality printing and embroidery in the UK. And it’s easy to see why that’s the case with the quality and depth of product that they offer. Which, by the way, is sustainable and friendly to the environment into the bargain. Stanley Stella SS25 Shirts
Let’s start with shirts because they’re a stand out story in the Stanley Stella Spring Summer 2025 collection. And it’s a story not to be missed. That’s to say, an area which has been fully reinvigorated in this most recent update. So, well worth some close attention. Especially if blank shirts to print and embroider are a big thing for your business.
Stanley Denim Shirts
Now, you’ve got to love a denim shirt. They’re a classic garment whether layered or worn on their own. And with the Stanley Denim shirt (code STWM967) you’ve got an excellent example of a men’s style. It’s a medium fit which makes it versatile for the custom clothing market. Something that’s further enhanced with the omission of a back pleat because that can complicate decoration. The button down collar is a nice stylistic touch and it comes in two washes, the mid blue shown above and a paler version.
Stella Denim Shirt
Next in the Stanley Stella SS25 launch we have the women’s denim shirt which is a female take on the previous item. And the Stella Denim shirt (code STWW970) echoes all of the attractive qualities found in that garment. For example, features such as the not inconsiderable weight of fabric – a very solid 235 gsm of indigo dyed denim. And naturally we’re talking sustainable style with this brand. That’s to say, organic cotton all the way. This and the men’s shirt are a perfect pair if you want to create a uniform look.
Stanley Oxford Shirt
Now, here we have a classic. By which we mean the Oxford. The latter is a type of fabric that emerged in the 18th century. It’s similar to plain weave and is an enduringly popular material from which to make shirts. Hence it lends its name to them. And you have a rather fabulous take on the item with this Stanley Oxford shirt (code STWM968). It’s relatively light weight at 190 gsm but is still suitable for any of the main types of customisation. Needless to say with Stanley Stella, it’s crafted from organic cotton.

And, as you might have hoped, we have a female version. The Stella Oxford shirt (code STWW971) shares many of the same features as the men’s Oxford. Including that soft feeling and versatile fabric which is garment washed high quality organic, ring spun and combed cotton. Plus a colour card that currently has six different shades. Here, we’ve pictured the blue and beige but there is also black, white, French navy and anthracite grey. One point of difference between the two is that the men’s shirt has a button down collar.

Okay, we’ve got the classic Oxford in Stanley Stella SS25. But how about another well loved shirt fabric? Namely, poplin, a material that’s known for its tight weave and crisp feel. Well, the Stanley Stella Spring Summer 2025 collection has you covered there as well. This Stella Styler shirt (code STWW973) is a super stylish women’s poplin shirt that is simply crying out for some superior quality print and embroidery. And it comes in six shades like this summer blue that will be suitable for a wide variety of uses.

This Stanley Styler shirt (code STWM969) is the men’s poplin shirt. Which of course means that you can create a signature look for your custom branded business uniform with coordinated styles and colours. And, let’s face it, that’s important. Because the best workwear printing and embroidery has to be well thought out in order to give your customers the right impression. And that doesn’t happen by accident. Worker
We’ve got one more button up blank shirt to show you in Stanley Stella SS25. And that is the Stanley Stella Worker shirt (code STWU975). It’s unisex with all of the flexibility that gives you with custom clothing. Plus, the Worker has the smart casual, relaxed fit which crosses market places with ease. Mind you, apparel that has practical and fashion branding appeal is always going to be a winner. This is workwear inspiration with an on trend twist. And made from organic twill, a fabric that’s renowned for durability.
Sounder
A Stanley Stella seasonal launch simply isn’t the same without a new sweatshirt of some description. So, we’re rather pleased to see that they’ve slipped one into their spring summer 2025 offering. The Stanley/Stella Sounder hoodie (code STSU229) is a lovely addition to their range of hooded tops. Not least because it has distinctive features such as the side pockets which increase the possibilities with printing. There’s a very good colour palette on top of that. Bottle green is pictured here but we do like the vintage white.
Polos, Tees and Tanks in Stanley Stella SS25
As you can see, new shirts are clearly the biggest story in the Stanley Stella Spring Summer 2025 launch. However, they’re not the only one. Alongside the Sounder hoodie, we also have two new t-shirts added to what is an already excellent range. Plus, a significant increase in the choice of tank tops given that there wasn’t as much depth with sleeveless styles.
Stanley Coaster
A little while ago now, Stanley Stella changed the game with the introduction of their Prepster polos. That is to say, they raised the bar in terms of design and quality. But they haven’t rested on their laurels. As is evident with the new Stanley Coaster polo (code STPM224). This polo shirt is mid to light weight at 185 gsm. And as such is a great option for those markets where heavier weight shirts like the Prepster are not ideal. It’s classed as a modern cut in terms of styling and the fine piqué organic cotton feels soft on the hand.
Stella Coaster
The Stella Coaster polo (code STPW977) is the women’s cut of this shirt. Again, it’s mid to light weight and offers plenty of options with how you want to customise. By which we mean that you can screen print, direct to garment and direct to film print, or embroider. And we ought to mention the colour card for the men’s and women’s Coaster polo shirts. Because they’ve launched with fifteen colours in each. Oh, and one eco friendly touch that we particularly like is that the buttons are made from recycled materials.
Coaster Vintage
And talking of colours and options in the Coaster brings us nicely to the Stanley Stella Coaster Vintage polo (code STPU252). Clearly, there’s a fair degree of confidence in this line to warrant creating a unisex fitting take on it. Plus one which is retro fuelled with regard to the slightly aged finish of the fabric that’s achieved with garment dyeing and garment washing. Although, that said, the contemporary fitted style itself is more modern day than old school. It’s actually a lovely combination that won’t struggle to find admirers.
Blaster 2.0
Okay, let’s get into the new tees that are included in Stanley Stella SS25. As you’d guess from the name, the Stanley Stella Blaster 2.0 t-shirt (code STTU959) is a variation on the Blaster. The latter first appeared back in 2020 and it’s interesting to note that the trend for oversized t-shirts was no passing fad. This updated tee is all about sustainable street style with its high neck, loose silhouette and overly long short sleeves. Without doubt, a winner when it comes to the fashion market given the longevity of the trend.
Crafter Vintage
Now, there’s no better example than the vintage look when we talk about fashion that never really goes away. The idea of new clothes having a pre-worn, somewhat lived in appearance has been with us for decades. In one form or another. And that’s what we have with the second of our new t-shirts in SS25. The Crafter mid light unisex shirt popped up in last year’s summer launch. And has been followed with this Crafter Vintage tee (code STTU976). It echoes the medium fit and versatility of the original but with a vintage vibe.
Stella Ava
As mentioned, Stanley Stella SS25 sees some love given to the humble tank top. Mind you, we say humble, the sleeveless t-shirt has become a year round staple for printing simply because it works across all seasons. Nowadays, you can brand tank tops as a layer for cooler months or to wear alone when the sun shines. First up, we have this Stella Ava tank (code STTW963) with its attractive feminine styling. The design is fitted and it starts out with eight lovely colours. And it’s a good weight at 180 gsm organic cotton.
Stella Mia
Alternatively, the Stella Mia tank top (code STTW962) is a great option if you need a medium fitting sleeveless garment for your custom clothing collection. After all, it’s still a contemporary cut and one with a very flattering outline. And not all customers feel confident or comfortable with slimmer fitting styles. Combined with its higher neckline and shorter length, the Mia provides a clear choice when compared to the previous top. Plus, it’s also lighter weight at 150 gsm. Where you do find similarities are with high quality and organic cotton.
Stanley Stancer
Our final item in the Stanley Stella Spring Summer 2025 update is the Stanley Stancer tank top (code STTM961). In truth, it addresses something that you don’t often find with this supplier. And that thing is a gap in their catalogue. Yes, that’s right, they didn’t have a men’s vest top since the Stanley Runs was withdrawn. Well, that’s all sorted now with Stancer which is crafted from eco ethical organic cotton and a decent weight at 180 gsm. It’s well worth consideration when you want a quality men’s sleeveless tee to customise.
